1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Whisky War platform (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Site. Whisky War operates as a Singapore-based global entity, exporting highly sought-after premium spirits worldwide through a robust supply chain across Europe.

2. Registration & Account Responsibility

You need to create an account with Whisky War to use some of our Services. You must provide accurate information about yourself. It is prohibited to use false information or impersonate another person or company through your account.

You are solely responsible for any activity on your account. You agree that we are not liable for any damages or losses caused by someone using your account without your permission.

3. Age Restriction & Verification

You must be of legal drinking age in your country of residence (and at least 19 years of age in South Korea) to purchase goods from this Site. Falsifying age information constitutes fraud and will result in immediate termination of your account and cancellation of any pending orders without refund.

4. International Importation & South Korean Customs

Whisky War is an international retailer. When you place an order for delivery to South Korea, you are the importer of record. You must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

• Orders are subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the South Korean Customs Service.
• You must provide a valid Personal Customs Clearance (PCC) Code that matches your legal name exactly.
• Whisky War is not responsible for bottles seized or destroyed by customs due to inaccurate PCC information or failure to pay assessed duties.
• The current daily allowance for personal liquor import in Korea is 1 bottle (max 1L, under $150 USD value) for partial tax exemption. You may order more, or higher-valued bottles, but you will be responsible for the full taxation tier (Liquor tax, Education tax, VAT, Customs duty) which can exceed 200% of the bottle's value.

5. Pricing, Availability & Errors

All prices are displayed and processed in KRW (South Korean Won). While we strive to provide accurate pricing, the price payable for Services will be as quoted on our website, except in cases of obvious error.

If there is an obvious pricing error which could have reasonably been recognized by you as a mispricing, we have the right to cancel any orders in respect of the deal and issue you a refund. Our inventory is highly limited; items in your cart are not reserved until checkout is fully completed and payment is captured.

6. Order Cancellations & Refunds

We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion and at any stage of the order fulfillment process. We may cancel orders that we suspect were placed using incorrect information, misuse of store credit and promotion codes, and other forms of fraud.

If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so before you receive your dispatch notification. Please contact our VIP support immediately. Due to specific international trading laws governing alcohol, all sales are final once the product has been dispatched.

7. Shipping & Title of Goods

Title to, and ownership of, all goods passes from Whisky War to you, the purchaser, in Europe at the time the goods are handed over to the courier (e.g., FedEx, DHL, UPS). By arranging for transportation of the goods on your behalf, we are acting under your direction.
