Founded by Andrew Symington in 1988, Signatory Vintage is one of the world's most highly regarded independent bottlers. The name originally came from the intention to have famous personalities sign the labels, but finding willing signatories proved too difficult. Instead, the company dedicated itself to unearthing rare, single cask expressions from distilleries all over Scotland.
