Located on a small island off the coast of Skye, the Isle of Raasay Distillery is the first legal whisky distillery in the island's history. Opened in 2017, it combines deep Hebridean heritage with incredibly modern, innovative production techniques, making waves in the new era of Scotch.

Raasay's signature profile is created by a meticulously balanced six-part recipe: they mature both peated and unpeated spirit separately in three distinct cask types (Rye whiskey, Chinkapin oak, and Bordeaux red wine). This complex approach delivers a remarkably rich, darkly fruity whisky with an elegant, sweet, and subtle coastal smoke.
