Originally founded by Harvey MacNair in the 19th century, the brand was famous for blending whiskies with heavily peated malts. In 2018, legendary Master Distiller Billy Walker (GlenAllachie) revived the brand to create 'Lum Reek', a boutique blended malt that pushes the boundaries of peated whisky.

Billy Walker personally sources the finest Islay and Speyside peated malts, blending them with rich GlenAllachie spirit. The whisky is then extensively matured in premium PX sherry, Oloroso, and virgin oak casks, creating a harmonious clash of sweet dark chocolate, vanilla, and robust campfire smoke.
