When Anthony Wills established Kilchoman in 2005, it was the first new distillery on Islay in over 124 years. Returning to the traditional 'farm distillery' roots, Kilchoman is independent and uniquely manages every single step of the whisky-making process entirely on the island.

For their '100% Islay' range, they grow their own barley at Rockside Farm, floor-malt it, and peat it using local Islay peat. Combined with careful distillation in small pot stills and premium cask maturation, Kilchoman delivers a beautifully pristine, citrus-forward, floral sweetness shrouded in intense, clean maritime peat smoke.
