Founded by a Korean American, a Scottish master distiller, and Korean investors, it bridges cultures to create something truly unprecedented.

Maturing whisky in Korea's extreme climate—freezing winters and scorching, humid summers—forces the spirit rapidly in and out of the oak. This 'dynamic maturation' allows Ki One to develop deep, complex flavors of rich oak, dark caramel, and vibrant spice much faster than traditional Scotch.
