In 1783, Evan Williams, a Welsh immigrant, built his distillery on the banks of the Ohio River in Louisville. He is officially recognized as Kentucky's very first commercial distiller, laying the foundation for what would become the global phenomenon of Bourbon Whiskey.

Produced by Heaven Hill Distillery, Evan Williams is aged significantly longer than required by law. The extra years in deep-charred oak barrels impart a stunningly rich, dark amber color and deliver a classic, robust bourbon profile packed with heavy vanilla, rich oak, and sharp brown sugar.
