"Scotland's Little Gem."
"Handcrafted in the smallest traditional distillery."
- Edradour
Dating back to 1825, Edradour is renowned as one of the smallest traditional distilleries in Scotland. Preserving authentic methods, it produces whisky in a single farm setting. Independent bottler Signatory Vintage acquired the distillery in 2002, elevating its sherry-matured offerings.
Production at Edradour is completely hands-on. With the smallest copper pot stills permitted by law, the distillation process ensures rich, heavy, and robust spirit. Matured heavily in first-fill Oloroso sherry butts, it offers intense notes of dark chocolate, raisins, and roasted nuts.
